A straightforward agreement for using Little Yes.
1. Who we are
Little Yes is made by The DataTree Tech, a Dutch business registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42059203. Questions? Email support@littleyes.app.
2. Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can open your sign-in email can open your account.
3. Your partner
Only connect with someone you trust. Connecting shares your account name and the names you both like with that person until either of you disconnects.
4. Name information
Origins, meanings and popularity rankings are provided for inspiration. Rankings come from official statistics, but meanings are often disputed and we can’t promise every detail is correct. Please check anything that matters to you before making a decision.
5. Free and Premium
The free plan includes a set number of swipes a day. Premium, where offered, is sold through your device’s app store, renews automatically until you cancel, and is managed in your app store settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use Little Yes to harass or impersonate anyone, to request offensive names, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Changes and availability
We may change or withdraw features, and we’ll update these terms when we do. The app is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. An app store subscription is not cancelled automatically, so cancel it in your device settings first.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country’s consumer laws.
